Refund Policy

Paid Courses

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment.
• Payment was made but the participant was not successfully enrolled.
• Training is cancelled by CMPFA FTUI.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

• The participant changes their mind after course access has been granted.
• The participant fails to attend the training.
• The participant does not complete the course.
• Technical issues arise from the participant's own device or internet connection.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Course Rescheduling

If a training schedule changes, participants may be offered:

• Transfer to another batch,
• Credit toward a future training, or
• A refund, depending on the circumstances.
